Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Chappie Swimwear! We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality swimwear and exceptional service. Please review our shipping and returns policy below for more information.

 

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $10

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may take up to 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

 

Delivery Issues:

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. Chappie Swimwear is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window:

  • We offer 30 days from the date of order placement to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and with original hygiene liners attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way including added perfume.

 

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact Us via email at chappieswimwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged and include your RA number on the package.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items. Chappie Swimwear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Refunds & Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • If you opted for an exchange, your new item will be shipped as soon as the returned item is processed.

 

Final Sale Items:

  • The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Swimwear that has been worn or washed

    • Sale items or products purchased using a discount code of 15% or more

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with images of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item and issue a full refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
